
Contributions may be made "in memory" of another individual.
Contributions to Coast Guard Mutual Assistance, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are deductible for income and estate tax purposes.
If you complete and attach a Memorial Contribution Form, with your contribution, Coast Guard Mutual Assistance Headquarters will provide written acknowledgment to you and, if you desire, the individuals's next-of-kin.
To help us better understand who is contributing to Coast Guard Mutual Assistance, please complete and return a Memorial Contribution Form with your contribution (Appreciated - but not required).
