
Contributing by allotment is a quick and easy way to show your support of Coast Guard Mutual Assistance.
Simply complete a Retired Allotment Contribution Form to start or change your contribution to CGMA.
Contributions to Coast Guard Mutual Assistance, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are deductible for income and estate tax purposes.
Retired Allotment Contribution Forms are available online in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.

Contribution forms may also be obtained from your local CGMA Representative or you may start or change your CGMA contribution by contacting the Retired Pay Office: Commanding Officer (RAS), US Coast Guard Pay and Personnel Center, 444 SE Quincy St., Topeka, KS 66683-3591.
